- How long is delivery for personalised items? 7-10 Working Days
- Do you offer free shipping? Free shipping is available on all orders over £75. This will automatically be applied at checkout.
- What if my order is lost/stolen during transport? My Mini Me & Co is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. These will not be refunded. We will not replace items until a full investigation will be launched with Royal Mail before any resolution is made.
- Do you offer rush production? Please contact us prior to ordering and we will be happy to discuss this further with you.
- What if I made a mistake in the spelling after ordering? Please contact us within the first 24 hours of ordering, this allows us to make amendments to your order invoice before reaching production.
- Are there limitations on characters? We recommend you read each individual product description, this is due to limitations being varied to each product.
- What is your return policy on personalised items? We do not offer returns or refunds on personalised items unless they are damaged or defective, we recommend you inspect your item upon arrival and inform us immediately if this is the case.
- How do I wash/care for my item? all washing/ instructions of how to maintain your product can be found on each product item description.
- How do I track my order? all tracking information can be found on your dispatched email notification, please note you will only receive this email once your item has been dispatched. This will be sent separately from your order confirmation.
